What's your minimum order?

Tee and Hoodie Boxes start at 12 pieces. Brand and Event Boxes start at 24.

How long does it take?

Most orders run 7–15 business days after payment and proof approval.

Do I need print-ready art?

Preferred. PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, or editable Canva and Kittl links work best. Screenshots are reference only.

Do I see a proof before printing?

Always — nothing prints until you approve the mockup. Check spelling, placement, colors, and dates carefully.

Q05

Can I bring my own garments?

We may accept customer-supplied garments, but they're printed at your own risk. We're not responsible for damage, scorching, dye migration, or material issues.

Q06

When does my order start?

Production starts after payment clears and you approve your proof. Not when you submit the quote.
